2. Locksmith Services and Appointment Requests

A request submitted through the Site is not a confirmed appointment unless we confirm it. Availability and arrival times may change due to existing jobs, travel, weather, or other circumstances. We do not promise 24-hour or emergency availability unless we specifically confirm it for your request.
3. Authorization and Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, we will communicate the applicable scope and price for your approval. Any additional work or material change in price should be approved by you before we proceed. If you choose not to proceed after an assessment, any diagnostic, dispatch, or other fee applies only if it was disclosed to you before you authorized the service and is permitted by law.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices, payment methods, applicable taxes, and any service, labor, parts, travel, dispatch, or other charges will be communicated in the applicable quote, work authorization, or invoice. You agree to pay the amounts you approve, according to the payment terms provided for that job.
We do not offer subscriptions through the Site unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation, no-access, missed-appointment, dispatch, or similar fee applies only if it was disclosed to you before you authorized the appointment or dispatch, and only to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be handled under the terms provided for the specific job and applicable law.
7. Parts and Warranties
Any warranty on parts or workmanship will be described in writing in the applicable quote, invoice, work authorization, or separate warranty document. These Terms do not create a specific parts or workmanship warranty, and do not waive any rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
